Since 1997 he has served as senior pastor of Bethel Church (bethelweb.org) in NW Indiana. Bethel is a multi-site church including an urban community center in downtown Gary. He blogs at stevedewitt.org and his radio program can be heard on Moody Radio and thejourney.fm. Steve lives in Crown Point with his wife, Jennifer, and two daughters.
