During his 37-year law enforcement and homeland security career he has worked in 11 countries and published 27 books on security and emergency preparedness. Phuong Nguyen has performed and/or provided oversight for security and emergency preparedness assessments for more than 4,800 facilities across the United States and other countries. She has graduate degrees in cybersecurity and mass communications. R. Leslie Nichols served as the national vice president of Child & Club Safety for Boys & Girls Clubs of America, which serves over 4 million children.
