Author Information

Tony O'Driscoll is a professor at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a Research Fellow at Duke Corporate Education. He was a founding member of IBM Global Services Strategy and Change consulting practice where he consulted at the highest level with business executives on creating competitive advantage in increasingly complex environments. Tony has authored articles in Harvard Business Review, the Financial Times, Strategy and Business and Dialogue. He has published two books on learning and organization performance. Gary Zamchick illustrated the best-selling French for Cats book series and has drawn illustrations in the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal. He has also facilitated new product ideation sessions with Amex, IBM, Wells Fargo, Verizon, Citibank, Coca-Cola and Marriott amongst others. Gary has worked in and out of world class technology labs and design firms. He served as a strategic designer within AT&T Labs Research and Cornell Tech and as envisioner for the experiential architecture firm Rockwell Group. He currently teaches computer science at Columbia. Gary is also a co-founder of Words Eye, a first-of-its-kind technology startup enabling anyone to create 3D scenes by simply describing them.
