Author Information

Jovo Ateljević is Professor of Strategic Management at Faculty of Economics, University of Banja Luka, BiH. His research interests include local/regional development, institutional framework for entrepreneurship and SMEs development, entrepreneurial behaviour. His research has been published in a number of international journals including; Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management, Europe-Asia Studies, Journal of Entrepreneurial Behaviour & Research, Journal of the Balkans and Nearer East and Tourism Management. Dr Ateljevic has also been involved in a number of consultancy/research projects related to capacity building in entrepreneurship, business strategy, and tourism development in a number of countries. Jelena Budak is senior research fellow with the Institute of Economics, Zagreb. She had participated in research projects on various aspects of Croatia's accession to the EU, such as institutional convergence, public sector policies and regional development issues. Her research interests are institutions and applied institutional analysis, socio-economic assessments of transition, and most recent publications are in economics of corruption and privacy issues. She is a lead researcher of the PRICON project.
