Franks, professor and program coordinator for the Master of Archives and Records Administration program in the School of Information at San José State University. Luciana Duranti is a Professor of archival theory, diplomatics, and the preservation of digital records in the master’s and doctoral archival studies programs of the University of British Columbia (UBC) in Canada, and the Director of the UBC Centre for the International Study of Contemporary Records and Archives (CISCRA), as well as the InterPARES Research Project (1998-2019).
