He obtained his PhD in Communication and Information Systems from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China, in 2012. SAJJAD HUSSAIN, PHD, is Senior Lecturer (Associate Professor) at the University of Glasgow in the United Kingdom. He received his doctorate in Signal Processing and Communications from the University of Rennes 1 in France in 2009. HUANLAI XING, PHD, is Associate Professor at the Southwest Jiaotong University in China. He received his PhD in Computer Science at the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom in 2013.
