I can always tell within the first 5 minutes of picking up a book if I'm going to enjoy it, simply by connecting with the author in the Introduction as I did. This book was recommended by few of my Facebook friends as I've been trying to learn more information about psychic empaths and learning abilities, this newly released book appeared right when it was needed. I enjoyed how the content in this book is laid out, from the definitions, exercises, meditations, tests are easy to practice- follow, and referencing back to the sections like the one on protection shielding has been most helpful. I've really enjoyed reading this book and it's going to continue to be a great resource. SBuck427 I love this book! I went almost all my life without a name to my crazy emotions. Up until a medium told me I was an empath 10 years ago. After a lot of research, I finally felt like I wasn't actually crazy!. I wish this book had been around for me then. It provides a definition for each type and customized exercises to help you strengthen your gift but also control it. I would recommend this book to anyone trying to learn more about their gift. With clear, direct descriptions of EXACTLY how my abilities personally feel for my entire life (I'm in my 60s), I wanted to race through the book to learn how I could enhance my gifts. I learned that I have experienced many natural clairvoyant events during my life which can be enhanced....I'd like to know when Book #2 will be available from this author! I highly recommend this as the first book an Empath should read - it is superb, enlightening and extremely helpful, and it affirms that we are gifted, and we can use these gifts in many positive ways for ourselves, as well as to help others.
