ICETSIMD 2025 was conceived as a vital platform for academicians, researchers, and industry leaders. Its primary purpose was to explore the transformative potential of emerging technologies in driving sustainable development. To ensure the high quality, originality, and relevance of the contributions, all submissions to the ICETSIMD 2025 confer□ence underwent a rigorous double-blind peer review process.We received 300 manuscript submissions, from which 100 were selected for inclusion in the conference proceedings. Each manuscript was evaluated by at least two independent experts based on criteria including scientific rigor, methodological soundness, clarity, and contribution to the conference themes.

Dr. R. Udayakumar is a Professor and the Director of Intellectual Property Rights at Kalinga University in Naya Raipur, Chhattisgarh. He earned his Ph.D. in 2011 and has over 25 years of experience in teaching and research., as well as Dean of the Computer Science and Information Technology department. Dr. Udayakumar has supervised five Ph.D. scholars and has published over 261 peer□reviewed articles indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, and SCI. His Google Scholar citations exceed 5,500, with an h-index of 45 and an i10 index of 99. His Scopus citation index is 3,193, with an h-index of 28. He has also been awarded 10 patents and has organised seven international conferences and 20 national conferences. Furthermore, he was recognised as one of India’s top researchers in multidisciplinary fields from 2011 to 2013 by the Career 360 survey, published on March 27, 2014. Stanford recognised him among the world’s Top 2% scientist. He attained a 9/10 score in the Vidwan Database (GOI).
