Author Information

Salim Kurnaz is an Assistant Professor at Süleyman Demirel University, School of Civil Aviation and continues his studies in the fields of contemporary management systems, strategic management, and behavioral sciences. He worked as a maintenance technician, quality control technician and maintenance instructor in the Turkish Armed Forces between 1997-2020. He worked at Joint Force Command (JFCBS) Brunssum/ Netherlands between 2010-2013. He received his first bachelor's degree in public management in 2005 and second bachelor's degree on Aviation Management in 2022 from Anadolu University. He received his first master's degree in International Relations from Oklahoma University Oklahoma/USA in 2013 and second master's degree in Business Management from Malatya Inonu University in 2018. He completed his PhD on Management Sciences in 2019 in Malatya Inonu University. Jolanta Bieliauskaitė is Prof.Dr. at Kazimiera Simonaviciaus University. She is also the Rector of Kazimiera Simonaviciaus University. She continious her studies on Legal philosophy, constitutional law, legal and academic ethics and legal education.
