Dianna DaSilva-Glasgow is Dean in the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Guyana. She is an expert in international trade policy and an academic within the Department of Economics at the University of Guyana. Tarron Khemraj is Professor of Economics and International Studies at New College of Florida. He is a columnist at Stabroek News and Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of South Florida. Desmond Thomas is an independent consultant and former lead economic specialist with the Inter-American Development Bank. He was a lecturer in the economics department at the University of the West Indies, and he was an adjunct professor at the University of Trenta and Florida International University.
