Firstborn of triplets, Jessica Emich is, as she likes to say, the alpha of the three. She is in awe of how we can access the healer within and transform on every level through food, movement, and deep diving into the layers within. She is so grateful it is her life's work to continue to teach and learn about this process. Her studies include a Master's degree in holistic nutrition and a graduate of chef instruction from the California Culinary Academy, yoga teacher certification, breathwork facilitator, and a devoted practitioner for over twenty-five years, and Master Reiki Practitioner. She brings all of her training, personal experience, and loving heart to teach these modalities through the SHINE Living Community. As a mother of girls, she understands the importance of practicing in a multigenerational community that inspires each other to keep evolving towards our greatest and most authentic expression of self. You can find Jessica in the mountains, snowboarding, mountain biking, or foraging for mushrooms. Or she'll be teaching and practicing at one of our events. She resides in Boulder, Colorado, with her husband and their two daughters. The middle of the triplet sisters, Jill Emich's mission and purpose in life is to continually encourage people (including herself) to explore and dig deeper into their unique beings, and to share their gifts and passions from the heart. Her studies include being a graduate of hotel restaurant management and culinary arts, a certified dance instructor in an array of modalities, a certified somatic-centered transformation coach/mentor, a certified somatic breathwork instructor, a movement choreographer, and a music curator. She passionately blends all of these modalities together and, through science and our own inner wisdom, invites people to get curious, dissolve old patterns and belief systems, and create a life of joy and authenticity. She lives in Boulder, Colorado, with her hubby Steve, their cat Molly, and their dog Daisy. When not practicing and playing with our Shine Living Community, you can find her family exploring the world in their camper van, climbing mountains, and dancing the night or day away. The youngest of the three and the most even-keeled, Jennifer Emich loves working with all types of people and learning what uniquely makes them smile. She comes from a background of elementary education and always ran the front-of-house operations at their restaurants, which taught her to be a great listener and connector. She lives in Boulder, Colorado, with her husband, Eric, and their cat Willow. When not practicing real estate, you can find Jennifer surrounded by family. She enjoys pickleball, golf, hiking, being with friends, and anything in nature.
