B. H. Miranda ALCM, BSc, MBBS (Lond), MRCS (Eng) is a Research Registrar at the Plastic Surgery & Burns Research Unit, University of Bradford. Kamil Asaad BSc (Lond), MB ChB, MRCS (Eng), MPhil, is a Plastic Surgery Registrar at St Thomas’ Hospital, London. He has worked as an expert reviewer for the London Student Journal of Medicine as well as a Medical Consultant for several film & television projects. Professor Peter EM Butler MD, FRCSI, FRCS, FRCS (Plast), is a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland & England. In 2005, he was appointed Visiting Professor to the Divisions of Plastic Surgery, University of Pittsburgh & MD Anderson Cancer Centre, Texas.
