Andrea began her career as a radio station commercial copywriter. Marriage and two children brought her to her first on air position as a radio disc jockey. She moved quickly into radio news reporting, writing and anchoring. A move to television, in the late sixties, brought her to the Connecticut NBC-TV station as the first woman in the state to be employed as talent. She signed on as a field reporter, news writer, anchor and documentary writer, as well as host of a celebrity television talk show. She's worked for CBS Radio all news affiliate as news anchor, writer and reporter. She's written for print and the internet. She's travelled extensively throughout Europe including Moscow and St. Petersburg, Hong Kong and Macau, Cairo and the Caribbean.
