Author Information

Dana E. Prescott, Esq., was licensed to practice law in Maine and Massachusetts in 1983 and in 2005 he became a LMSW in Maine. He is a fellow of the International and American Academies of Matrimonial Lawyers and has maintained a private practice representing parents and children. He has served as president of the New England Bar Association and the Maine State Bar Association, and is a former chair of the MSBA's Family Law Section. Neil D. Jamieson Jr. is licensed to practice in all Maine state and federal courts. He has served as chair of the MSBA Young Lawyers Section; secretary, vice-chair, and chair of the MSBA Family Law Section; and has previously served on the MSBA Board of Governors. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and has lectured on a variety of family law topics. They both live in Saco, Maine.
