Ahmet Turan was born in 1991 in Azerbaijan. In 2008, he graduated from the Military High School named after Heydar Aliyev in Nakhchivan. In 2009, he left the Military Academy named after Heydar Aliyev in Baku. In 2017, he graduated from Sakarya University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of International Relations. In 2020, he completed his Master's Program in Middle Eastern Studies at Sakarya University Middle East Institute. He took PhD at Sakarya University Institute of Social Sciences. He works as a Head of the International Relations Office at Inonu University and speaks English, Turkish and Russian. Hasan Ucuzal was born in Malatya, Türkiye, in 1979. He earned dual bachelor's degrees, in Software Engineering from Fırat University and in Business Administration from Anadolu University. He completed his master's degree in Biostatistics and Medical Informatics at İnönü University in 2020, where he is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in the same field. His academic expertise lies in video and image processing, artificial intelligence, and deep learning. He is currently affiliated with İnönü University, where he continues to contribute to interdisciplinary research at the intersection of AI and medical informatics.
