This book presents words in a most appealing way. The boy reads with his stuffed animals. That scene will certainly interest children. The stuffed duck, Dilly, keeps disappearing. Such a tactic is a clever way to keep kids engaged with the story. The book also gives reading tips to parents, provides a list of words at the end of the book, and includes vivid adorable illustrations. Ms. Mary (2023) This is a perfect early reader, maybe a first reader. The words are just right for a new reader to learn. The illustrations are colorful and clear. I recommend this children's book.
