Overview

Are you looking for an inspiring true story about a woman's journey of self-discovery? At age 47, after a disappointing divorce and a string of unsatisfying jobs, Laurie Hyatt impulsively moved to the north Georgia mountains, where she lived in a log cabin, rode her motorcycle everywhere, and started creating a life that reflected her authentic self. After four years of soul-searching, she felt empowered to continue her quest by traveling across the country to work as a mental health counselor for the Hopi Tribe in Arizona. What she learned from the Hopi and Navajo people was more than she expected. Exploring cultural and spiritual beliefs led her to find herself. Digging Deeper is written with honesty, as if Laurie is talking directly with the reader, as she shares her raw feelings, fears, and moments of wonder. Laurie's unconventional, risk-taking, mystical experiences brought her clarity, joy, and transformed her life.
