English summary: The Child and Youth Pornography Crimes in the Age of New Media This thesis examines the criminal grounds used to justify the criminal liability of child and youth pornography crimes in the age of new media. For this purpose, the perpetrators, their motivation, and the victims have been examined. The modalities of the commission to indict the criminals - regardless of the path of transmission of the pornographic content - were analyzed. The focus of this analysis was to consider whether there are penal gaps in the system and to test their plausibility for future cases. Throughout the thesis, constellations of intent and error are presented by dividing them into two clauses. German description: Im Zeitalter der Neuen Medien und einer digitalisierten Welt entstehen vielfaltige Fallkonstruktionen, denen mit Strafnormen begegnet werden soll, die ursprunglich vor dem Zeitalter der Neuen Medien entstanden sind. Die Abhandlung unternimmt eine strafrechtsdogmatische Betrachtung der Strafgrunde und zeigt anhand einer Untersuchung der Tater, Opfer und des existenten Materials etwaige Unzulanglichkeiten sowie Uberregulierungen bei der gegenwartigen Strafbarkeit der Kinder- und Jugendpornografiedelikte. Der Autor macht deutlich, dass die Aufteilung in 184b und 184c StGB mit Blick auf Vorsatzfragen fehleranfallig ist, und problematisiert die Frage, ob die weit vor den Neuen Medien entstandenen Normen aufgrund der Novellierung im Rahmen des 60. StGBAndG in der Anwendung - unabhangig von dem gewahlten technischen Ubertragungsweg etwaiger Inhalte - zukunftsfest sind.
