SHELBY KINNAIRD, MS, is an author, the founder of Put on Your Apron, and host of Cook & Chat with Shelby. She leads two DiabetesSisters support groups and is a member of the American Diabetes Association's Virginia Advocacy Council. SIMONE HAROUNIAN is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator with a master's degree from New York University. She took her hospital skills to private practice and now owns a nutritional consulting business. Simone has also taught diabetes-related subjects at a local college.
