The book is composed of papers that were presented on the scientific meeting in Tarragona in May 2000. ! Individual papers are well written and illustrated. ! I can imagine that each of these outstanding and very knowledgeable scientists, active contributors to the IPCC process, gave an interesting lecture at the meeting. (Oleg A. It is wide-ranging and will be useful to researchers in the field.
