He graduated from the Penza Polytechnic Institute (now Penza State University) in 1972 with a degree in radio engineering and obtained his PhD thesis at the Leningrad Institute of Aviation Instrumentation in 1977 with a degree in radar and radio navigation. He is author of more than 550 scientific papers, including 13 monographs, two textbooks, a number of methodological works. Nina Ivanovna Romancheva is candidate of technical sciences, an associate professor in the department of computers, complexes, systems and networks at the Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation. She graduated from the Penza Polytechnic Institute in 1982 with a degree in automated control systems and postgraduate studies at the Moscow Institute of Civil Aviation Engineers with a degree in automation and management of technological processes and production (transport) in 1988. Her research interests are in the areas of computing systems and networks, including mobile complexes in a secure configuration. Dmitry Alexandrovich Zatuchny is Doctor of technical sciences, Associate Professor and Professor at the Department of Computation Machines, Complexes, Systems and Networks at Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation. He is the author of more than 140 scientific works, including 5 monographs, 6 textbooks, 1 patent on an invention and 6 state registered computer programs. He was responsible for a number of research projects on ensuring the functioning of modern navigation systems in civil aviation aircraft and air traffic control.
