Jeremy Bramwell AACI, P.App. (formerly CRP) is President of Strata Reserve Planning, one of BC's oldest and largest Depreciation Report firms. Jeremy Bramwell has been completing Depreciation Reports throughout the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island since 2011. He has authored articles on Depreciation Reports for CHOA, REIC, and VISOA, lectured at CHMC, and contributed material to the University of British Columbia. In 2022, he was appointed as a subject matter expert to the BC Housing Policy Branch. He is one of the most respected experts on Depreciation Reports in BC. Keith manages our Victoria office. Keith has worked in the construction sector for over 15 years, from field work as a Site Safety Coordinator to a Corporate Safety Manager. He is a registered Construction Safety Officer (CSO) through the ASTTBC. Additionally, Mr. Davis has been involved in the Strata world for the past 20 years, both in his own Strata Complex, including 14 years as Strata President and was also the Strata Coordinator for their Leaky Condo renovation and litigation. He is currently a Director of CHOA.
