Table of ContentsReviewsI enjoyed the rapport and the banter between the lead couple as much as I liked their sleuthing capacity. -- Goodreads Reviewer The mystery is solid, full of red herrings and twists, and it kept me guessing. -- Goodreads Reviewer The type of amateur sleuths that I like - reluctant and smart and aware of the importance of not impeding the police in their investigations. -- Netgalley Reviewer Hugely enjoyable classic crime with a clever puzzle at its heart. -- Netgalley Reviewer Author InformationHenrietta Hamilton is the pseudonym for Hester Denne Shepherd, who was born in Dundee in 1920 and was educated at St Hugh's College, Oxford where she earned an honours degree in Modern Languages.
