Author Information

The ERECO #European #Research #Community network is a multilateral European partnership that has, since its creation in 1994, brought together university researchers around a major question: the transformations occurring in the economy, business management, and culture of European countries. Today, the network includes 133 members and 33 European universities. The book presented here refers to the 29th conference of the network, which took place in Banská Bystrica, Slovak Republic, in January 2024. Following extensive discussions and exchanges during the conference, the chapters included in this book were reviewed by a scientific committee. Each author was invited to revise their contribution after presenting their work to experts from various European disciplines. The different authors featured across the chapters contribute to a broader reflection on how Europe has answered to crises. The interdisciplinary nature of the contributions highlights the diversity of perspectives and offers fresh insights into the major events that have unfolded in Europe over recent years.
