-This book has alot of healthy nutrious meals and is suitable for anyone. It's very colorful and exciting to read or pass along to somebody else to experience a healthy way of life also. -was so impressed that this cook book offered recipes that did not need exotic or substitute foods. These are healthy, tasty, and easy to make recipes of food I love to eat. I made the meat loaf, the apple chicken curry, and the Moo Goo lettuce wraps over the holidays and they were a hit with everyone. This is a must! An instantly favorite book. -Gives you a good general overview of the diet. I especially like how it talks about the different phases in the dash diet and how to follow each phase for the best results. This book covers a lot of bases and talks about exercise as well as meal plans and recipes. It's a good resource for someone that's serious about the DASH diet. Cool -All the data you have to go Dash is in this cookbook - this eating routine isn't tied in with losing additional pounds, it's tied in with making your body more beneficial than it has been previously and offer you an assortment of thoughts to pursue. Thanks to the Author. -Fantastic recipes that taste good and are good for you. With four kids we don't have much time and these meals aren't too bad to create.
