OverviewDasa Mahavidya is the combination of three Sanskrit words known as Dasa, Maha and Vidya. Dasa means ""Ten"", Maha means the ""Great"" and Vidya means the ""Knowledge"". The knowledge of the 10 great ruling powers of the universe is known as the Dasa Mahavidya. These 10 Vidya's have the 10 different forms of the Divine Mother.
