Author Information

Der Autor: Philipp S. Heigl wurde 1970 in München geboren. Im Anschluß an das Studium der Rechtswissenschaften an der Universität Bayreuth absolvierte er das Referendariat am Landgericht Frankfurt am Main. Darauf folgte 1998 der LL.M. an der University of Warwick und die Promotion im Jahr 2000. Seit 1999 ist der Autor als Rechtsanwalt in einer international tätigen Rechtsanwaltskanzlei in Frankfurt am Main tätig.
