Peggy and Curry Girls Kitchen embrace the art of health living and eating. The recipes and information you'll find in Damn Good Gluten Free will ignite your inner chef and nourish your body, mind and spirit. This beautiful cookbook and lifestyle guide contributes to the principles of Functional Medicine. -Dr. Mark Hyman, MD (14-time #1 New York best-selling author, Board President of Clinical Affairs for The Institute of Functional Medicine, and host of the renowned health podcast, The Doctor's Farmacy.) Peggy has always had an incredible knack for cooking, bringing people together and spreading her warmth. I've unknown her since I was born and I associate her energy with being in the kitchen with friends and family. She is by far one of my favorite chefs on the planet- she's come into my kitchen to make me the best Korean stir fry, showered me in her delicious bone broth (delicious), and invited me into her home to taste test one of the best brunch situations I've ever experienced. I look up to her in the wellness, health and cooking space and I could not be more excited for everyone to use these recipes in their kitchen. Peggy even features my mom's broccoli soup and it's one that everyone needs to try. This cookbook is an incredible gift for family and friends and a staple to have in your kitchen. I'll be using the Damn Good Gluten Free Cookbook all the time to cook for my family, and I will be featuring a bunch of her recipes on my blog theskinnyconfidential.com. Congratulations Peggy, you crushed it! -Lauryn Evarts Bosstick of The Skinny Confidential From the first time I tasted Peggy Curry's cooking I fell in love-she has a way of making food that is satisfying, healing, and absolutely delicious all at once. Peggy's recipes are based on functional foods that promote healing for all body types. If you are facing auto-immune issues, you need this book! -Dhru Purohit, Entrepreneur and Podcast Host Peggy has been like a second mother to me for over a decade. I am blessed to have spent time in her home, observing her in her natural habitat; nurturing and connecting people through food. When Peggy taught me some of the recipes and Damn Good in the Kitchen, it gave me the confidence to know how to make nourishing, healthy, meals that are easy and crowd pleasers! No fussy, complex recipes-just delicious, healthful takes on family favorites. I look forward to having the knowledge to cook for my family in the future. -Sarah Herron, Content Creator & former contestant on ABC's The Bachelor Peggy is the original gluten-free guru before there were grocery stores lined with gluten-free products. She is a golden resource for anyone looking for guidance in the gluten-free space or just looking for delicious, healthful recipes that work. Damn Good Gluten Free is the book her community has been longing for and it will be worth the wait! -Pamela Salzman, cooking instructor, author and holistic health counselor Peggy Curry is a local treasure! Damn Good Gluten Free offers beautiful, delicious and easy gluten free recipes served up with Peggy's signature warmth and passion. I can't wait for her to share her infectious enthusiasm, knowledge (and gluten free recipes) with the world! -Linda McLoughlin Figel owner, {pages} a bookstore Manhattan Beach, CA This book is truly incredible. As a busy CEO who has historically hated cooking, this cookbook was exactly what I needed. It starts off by helping you set up your kitchen and pantry for success. Then the way she organizes her meal plan during the week is incredibly thoughtful and doable. I love the recipes and feel like this cookbook just made gluten-free eating accessible for busy moms like me. Thank you! -Paden Hughes, CEO of Gymnazo Inc, Co-Founder Gymnazo EDU, Business Consultant at Paden Hughes LLC
