I've read so many diet and health books through the years, that I needed yet another one like I need a drill through my head. I thought that this would be boring and that I would simply skip to the part where she tells us what to do. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't find it boring at all. It was written clearly and organized in a very user-friendly way. Finally, a book with advice that makes sense!
