Author Information

Dale Smith is a successful entrepreneur and educator from Anniston, AL. He started his first business at age 14 earning enough in 3 years to pay for his entire college education. Smith graduated from Mississippi College with a BS in Psychology before going on to earn his Master of Arts from Southwest Baptist Theological Seminary. He has spent more than 30 years in churches and in the private sector leading workshops, seminars, and educational activities. He developed an online application for Churches to use in guiding church members into ministry positions based on their skills and gifts. Churches throughout the country have relied on the training developed by Mr. Smith. Continuing his focus on volunteerism and training he joined SCORE which is the largest Business Mentoring business in the US. SCORE is a non-profit organization owned by the Small Business Administration. It was while he was the District Director for SCORE he developed the Preparing Entrepreneurship Prison Program (PREP) program for the Alabama Department of Corrections, training over 500 students in the past three years. The program now includes 65 titles.
