Deborah Holtz es una escritora, periodista, conductora de radio y empresaria mexicana. Estudi� Comunicaci�n en la Universidad Iberoamericana y obtuvo una maestr�a en Sociolog�a Pol�tica en la London School of Economics. Fund� la Asociaci�n de Editoriales Mexicanas Independientes AEMI y estableci� su propia casa editorial, Trilce Ediciones. Es autora de Tacopedia: Enciclopedia del Taco (2012), Avocadomania (2022) y D�a de muertos (2024), entre otras. La contribuci�n de Holtz al mundo editorial y cultural en M�xico es notable. Deborah Holtz is a Mexican writer, journalist, radio host, and businesswoman. She studied Communication at the Universidad Iberoamericana and obtained a master's degree in Political Sociology at the London School of Economics. He founded the Association of Independent Mexican Publishers AEMI and established his own publishing house, Trilce Ediciones. She is the author of Tacopedia: The Taco Encyclopedia (2015) Avocadomania (2022), and The Day of the Dead (2024), among others. Holtz's contribution to the publishing and cultural world in Mexico is remarkable. Juan Carlos Mena es un editor de libros y parte del equipo de Trilce Ediciones. Junto con D�borah Holtz ha dirigido esta editorial que se caracteriza por construir libros a mano y abordar tem�ticas diversas. Tambi�n ha sido autor en proyectos como La Tacopedia (2012), Cholombianos (2013), Avocadomania (2022) y D�a de muertos (The Day of the Dead) (2024). Juan Carlos Mena is a book editor and part of the Trilce Ediciones team. Together with D�borah Holtz, she has directed this publishing house that is characterized by building books by hand and addressing diverse topics.
