Author Information

Rick de Yampert is a long-time journalist who spent twenty-three years as the entertainment writer for the Daytona Beach News-Journal. He presents workshops and performs on sitar and Native American flutes at a variety of Pagan festivals in the Southeast, including the Florida Pagan Gathering. He also presents lectures on metaphysical topics and performs music at non-Pagan events, including Unitarian Universalist churches. Rick has studied Hindu sacred sound, shamanic drumming, Goddess worship, Taoism, and more. His crow art has been displayed publicly around Florida as well. H. Byron Ballard is a western NC native, teacher, folklorist, and writer. She has served as a featured speaker and teacher at several festivals and conferences, including the Sacred Space Conference, Pagan Spirit Gathering, Starwood, Hexfest, and many others. Find her online at myvillagewitch.com. From a young age, Matt Weisgerber had a passion for using his voice to create characters and entertain those around him. He built on these skills, obtaining his bachelor's degree with a double major in psychology and music from the University of Lethbridge. Now, he has transformed his passion for performance into a career in audiobook narration. Matt has narrated audiobooks in various genres. His vocal style is bright, warm, and conversational, and falls naturally within the YA and children's genres. When he's not narrating, Matt can be found volunteering on a crisis line, and spending way too much on retro video game collectibles.
