Cross Stitch Cats contains five adorable cat patterns suitable for beginners as well as advanced cross-stitch crafters. This booklet kicks off with a supply list and an illustrated beginner's guide to cross stitching, followed by five (5) playful cross stitch cat patterns. These black and white patterns are full page, require between 8 and 12 colors, and have a detailed floss list with DMC color numbers. For your reference, the front and back covers feature full-color pictures of each cat. For those patterns with straight stitch detailing (backstitching), a second sheet shows this stitching superimposed over the original pattern. CAT NAPPING is 3.5 inches by 3.8 inches, 46 by 48 stitches, and uses 8 thread colors. A BIT OF A YARN is 3.8 inches by 4 inches, 54 by 56 stitches, and uses 12 thread colors. PEEPING THOMAS is 3.6 inches by 3.2 inches, 44 by 50 stitches, and uses 11 thread colors. ON THE HUNT is 4.2 inches by 4 inches, 53 by 54 stitches, and uses 9 thread colors. CURIOUS KITTEN is 4.2 inches by 4.4 inches, 59 by 62 stitches, and uses 10 thread colors.
