Overview

"What does a healthy Christian leader look like? How does a leader know where their strengths lie and where there is room for growth? ""Creating A Vision of Health is jam-packed with practical tools for application. Not only can the online survey he developed be taken to capture where a leader is on the burnout scale at any point in time, but he has also thoughtfully included reflection questions to help people process their assessment results effectively and identify a personalised growth plan tailored uniquely to where that individual is at that moment. The need for this book has never been greater. It would serve as a great resource for whole denominations and networks to use on an ongoing basis as a means to track and improve the holistic health of their pastors, planters, and other ministry leaders. Only once we know our starting point can we cultivate the places where healing happens"" Dr Robert E Logan. ""In his new book, Don Easton presents a vision of healthy Christian leadership. His conclusions are based on decades of Christian leadership, his own experience of burnout and recovery, and professionally validated research."" Dr Mark Fields ""Read this book. Apply the principles. Enjoy ministry more!"" Wes Beavis. Psy.D."
