Charlotte Ford is an Assistant Professor in the School of Library and Information Science at San Jose State University. She holds a BA degree from Earlham College and a MLS and PhD from Indiana University. She has reference library experience in Bogota, Colombia and Birmingham-Southern College in Birmingham, Alabama.
