Overview

Author Information

Sheila Kohler is the author of five novels, including Cracks, Crossways, The Perfect Place, and Children of Pithiviers. Cracks was chosen by New York Newsday and Library Journal as one of the best books of 1999. Kohler has also published three collections of short stories. A native of South Africa, she makes her home in New York City, and teaches at Bennington College in Vermont. Clare Staniforth has a BA in live performance and has worked as a voice-over artist for over a decade. Her passion for teaching led her to become a drama teacher, as well as an executive voice and speech coach. She narrates books in a variety of genres, including mindfulness and meditation, biography, fiction, children's literature, and fantasy.
