CQ--The Changeability Quotient: How Changeable Are You...and How Can You Improve Your Ability to Change?

Overview

How Changeable Are You? CQ: The Changeability Quotient is a ground-breaking, innovative, and much-needed analysis of the factors that contribute to and impede the ability to change. It is a vital read for people who know they need to change but are struggling, as well as for their loved ones and the therapists who work with them. The CQ's analysis of the factors of changeability and its practical application will help readers understand both the positive attributes and negative aspects that shape one's ability to change. It also helps readers understand their own-or their loved one's-overall potential to experience real change. With its case histories, hands-on instructions, and clear analysis of the human ability to change, CQ can be transformative for everyone.
