Susan Ball shares her own profound journey with her readers through compassion and love, as only a triumphant woman can -having walked the walk of abuse. Both women and men whom have a sense that there must be something more for them than living in abusive relationships, find hope in the support and guidance which is now available to them in Susan's book and companion workbook. Courage and Grace offers clear and tangible advice and self-awareness exercises on how to build their inner strength and identify a higher purpose to gain the incentive to release the hold abuse has had on their lives. This book is a true gift to anyone looking to embark on the journey of courage and living in grace outside abuse. Linda Berger, Women's Empowerment and Transformation Expert linda@coachlindaberger.com What we've always respected about Susan Ball is that she's a strong, smart voice for empowered women everywhere. Since she's walked the path herself, she's also an informed voice. There's no better mentor anywhere for women who've experienced pain in their personal lives and choose to emerge victorious. Scot and Emily McKay X & Y Communications www.scotandemily.com/podcast I was captivated by this incredible, eloquently written book from page 1!. Susan Ball gives a very confronting insight into the world of domestic violence and yet it is fuelled with so much Courage and Grace. Susan tells her own story so powerfully while offering enormous hope, inspiration and practical tools (including a workbook) for anyone ready to escape the horror of domestic violence. If that is you then this book is a must, I highly recommend it. Jane Whiting Courage and Grace by Susan Ball has a singular focus: to empower women through her own personal story. Yet, what makes Courage and Grace impactful is that Susan disallows any victimization to be a part of the solution. While Susan shares her own story--including when she was stuck in her own victim mentality--but where Susan lingers is in the energy of what's possible. If you are reading this and you feel stuck in a relationship that is abusive, buy a copy of Courage and Grace before night fall. While reading, Susan provides opportunities for readers to pause and reflect by using the Workbook exercises; do every one of these guided, insightful activities. Susan writes with honesty about the very, real fears she faced in Courage to Escape and Break the Cycle, and offers her readers practical, specific steps to take to live in the energy of Courage and Grace.
