Author Information

Michael is an Academic Director of Executive Development at Singapore Management University and has a wide variety of consulting experience. He leads executive, MBA, and undergraduate courses in leadership and corporate communication. He has also led executive programs for IHG, Singapore Airlines, Singapore's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, GIC, Singtel, Singhealth, Keppel, NOL, IMC, Motorola, and CARE.org. Outside the academy Michael has consulted for 3M, Shell, US Bancorp, Singapore's CPF, National Healthcare Group, Bayer, UEM Group (Malaysia), Lundbeck Pharmaceutical, and Bosnalijek Pharmaceutical (Bosnia). As a qualified neutral, Michael has worked as a private mediator and successfully resolved numerous courtroom, business, and community disputes.
