Dr. Yifei Yang is currently a lecturer in law at the Law School of Capital University of Economics and Business in Beijing. She specialises in company law and corporate governance, with a particular focus on sustainable business and ESG regulations. Dr. Yang holds a PhD in Law and an LLM (with Distinction) from the University of Bristol. She also has the legal profession qualification in China. She has published articles in respected academic journals, including Hard Shell with Soft Core: Understanding China’s New Legislation on ESG Disclosure and Exploring Further Reforms, and China’s New Platform for Fostering “Little Giants”: Understanding the New Rules on the Beijing Stock Exchange in the Journal of Company Lawyer, as well as Who Moved “Ant’s Cheese”?
