The second and larger part of the book takes the form of a commentary on the text of the Warsaw Convention, as it is currently in force in the UK, together with the text of the Montreal Convention. The Warsaw Convention is a convention of uniform law which, almost inevitably, is the subject of divergent interpretation in different States.
