OverviewThe papers within this text were commissioned by the Centre for International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution of the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies and were originally presented at a series of lectures at the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies. The authors have expertise in the area of arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.
