Stefan Wolff is Professor of International Security at the University of Birmingham, UK, and a Member of the Governing Council of the European Centre for Minority Issues. Christalla Yakinthou is Country Manager of the International Center for Transitional Justice's Cyprus Program, and Honorary Research Fellow in the department of Political Science, University of Western Australia. .
