Overview

In 1997, General Alexander Lebed, former secretary of the Russian Security Council admitted on CBS' 60 minutes that up to one hundred small nuclear weapons went missing during implementation of the 1991 START treaty. Twenty five years later, three of them turn up in one of the world's most volatile regions: Gaza.
