Reviews

I thought it would be good. I was wrong - it is great ... mandatory reading for any new or aspiring IT lawyer ... a book that is both familiar and brand new ... It is extraordinary value for money for any law student or junior practitioner. It is also a convenient desk source for the regular practitioner who needs to refresh his recollection from time to time ... I encourage my fellow IT-specialists who probably own previous editions to purchase this revision. Robert Carolina, European Business Law Review, September 2001
