OverviewCommunity Management of Shrimp Nurseries: Enhancing the Sustainable Use of Resources in the Marine Area Adjacent to the Sarstoon Temash National Park in the Gulf of Honduras was carried out by the Sarstoon Temash Institute for Indigenous Management (SATIIM) and sponsored by the Global Environment Facility Small Grants Programme implemented by the United Nations Development Programme. SATIIM aims to improve the management of the area as a marine buffer for the Sarstoon Temash National Park and to enable sustainable practices within the area.
