She retired in 2023 after 18 years of service as the MA Department of Developmental Services (DDS) Statewide Training Director. She was instrumental in implementing Positive Behavior Supports, creating autism supports training to the 8 Community Colleges in the Commonwealth while running the Direct Support Certificate Program, as well as other major initiatives.
