He holds M.A. degrees in History from the University of London and the Ohio University. His Ph.D. from Iowa State University emphasized African and Asian Agricultural History. Widely published in professional journals, Dr. Danquah has held the prestigious British Commonwealth Academic Staff Award tenable at the School of Oriental and African Studies, London University, the Everett E.
