Tara Marko, MSN, RNC-NIC, is an experienced Neonatal Nursing clinician and educator, with a specialty in Level III and IV NICUs. She is currently in clinical practice in the Level IV NICU at Rady Children's Hospital in San Diego, CA. She also serves as Adjunct Professor and Clinical Instructor at California State University School of Nursing, San Marcos, CA, where she teaches Maternal-Child Health. She has worked in the pharmaceutical industry as a Clinical Safety Specialist for Merck and a Pharmacovigilance Coordinator for i3 Drug Safety. She received her MSN from Seton Hall University, where she was awarded the Sara M. Erickson Award for Leadership in Nursing. Michelle Dickerson, MSN, RNC-NIC, is the Unit Educator and Practice Program Coordinator in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Jersey City Medical Center, Jersey City, NJ. She also currently serves as Clinical Instructor in Pediatrics and Obstetrics at Ocean County College, Toms River, NJ. She is certified as a Neonatal Developmental Care Specialist by the National Association of Neonatal Nurses.
