She is a former director professor (teaching faculty) at LHMC and Sucheta Kriplani Hospital, with Kalawati Saran Children’s Hospital (KSCH) attached to it. She has held the posts of treasurer and president of the Indian Society of Anesthesiology (ISA) Delhi. She has attended numerous conferences and chaired several sessions. She delivered a guest lecture on pediatric spinal anesthesia at ISA Kolkata. She has more than 40 years experience in anesthesia and is specially dedicated to pediatric and neonatal anesthesia. She has been holding CME for anesthetists on “neonatal anesthesia”. She has two research works under her on newborns and neonates. Dr Saha is a former HOD of the department of anesthesiology, LHMC and associated hospitals. Presently she holds the post of HOD anesthesia at Delhi University. She is additionally trainedin palliative care. She has been internal and external examiners for MD and DA in anesthesia, for MD in palliative care, and DM in oncoanesthesia.
